I do love being Dutch. The older I get the more proud I am of being Dutch.
One of the many things I love about Holland is the permission to be creative and explore. To explore things that no one else does, no one else questions or no one else bothers to stand still about. Sometimes appearing banal, sometimes violent, sometimes ludicrous, but always interesting.
Like make-up. Layers of make-up. Make-up every single day. We all take it for granted. Obvs.
